ELECTRICAL TROUBLESHOOTING & REPAIRS
An outlet that stops working, flickering lights or a breaker that keeps tripping can point to a problem that needs a closer look. We investigate electrical faults and explain the repair options for your home or business.
HOW WE CAN HELP
Tell us what changed, which areas are affected and whether the issue is constant or intermittent.
Investigate dead outlets, intermittent power and damaged receptacles or switches.
Assess recurring breaker trips, loss of power and problems with circuit connections.
Troubleshoot flickering lights, fixtures that stop working and switch or dimmer issues.
Inspect affected wiring and equipment for visible deterioration, then discuss the work needed.
FROM OUR PROJECTS
Real examples from our troubleshooting and repair work. These are separate project examples, with related photos grouped together.
Removing the breaker revealed damage at the breaker connection and the corresponding panel connection—areas concealed when the breaker is installed.

A taped-over outlet and surrounding burn marks documented before repair, followed by the replacement receptacle installed in the same location.

WHAT TO EXPECT
We start with your description of the issue, inspect the affected equipment and carry out appropriate electrical checks to help identify the cause.
Once we understand the problem, we explain the findings and repair options. Straightforward repairs may be possible during the visit; work requiring additional parts or access may need a return appointment.
Send photos of the affected outlet, fixture or panel exterior if you can do so safely. There’s no need to remove covers or expose wiring to prepare for the visit.
BEFORE YOU GET STARTED
Yes. Tell us which outlets, lights or rooms are affected and when it started. We can investigate the circuit and affected equipment.
Not necessarily. We investigate the circuit, connected equipment and breaker before recommending a repair.
Some repairs can. The fault, parts required, access and extent of damage determine whether a return appointment is needed.
Include your location, the symptoms, when the issue started and any recent changes or work. Photos of the affected equipment help us prepare.
Drywall patching, painting and other finish restoration are excluded unless specifically included in your estimate.
LET’S GET TO THE SOURCE
Describe the issue and include your location. We’ll discuss the next step.
